A geo-domain is a domain name which is location specific. For example, lets say you sell birthday cards and are based in Birmingham. A great example of a geo-domain for your company would be birthdaycardsbirmingham.co.uk or cardshopbirmingham.co.uk.

It has been several years now since mobile phones were given the ability to surf the web via WAP enabled browsing. The domain industry saw a dedicated mobile TLD (top level domain) launched in 2006, aptly named Dot Mobi (.mobi) and with the ever increasing popularity of the iPhone and Blackberry including other 3G enabled handsets, if you have not considered how your online marketing can work in tune with the mobile web, you seriously need to get on the case.
